Assessment focuses on four criteria - strategy and management, offices, existing stock and new build.  Questions within each criterion are designed to identify areas for improvements, and the final rating identifies the overall performance of your organisation.  Read more and see pictures from SHIFT 2008/09.  Membership can have real tangible benefits as the quotes below illustrate.
