• Outstanding response this year shows sector continues to strive for housing excellence

• Outstanding calibre of entries from organisations committed to sustainable in a struggling sector

The standard of entries for this year’s SHIFT Awards is higher than ever, Sustainable Homes is pleased to announce. The SHIFT Awards are the only awards open to the housing sector that focus on sustainability, shining a light on projects that have real impact on the lives of residents from those organisations committed to deliver warm and affordable homes.

Bevan Jones, Managing Director of Sustainable Homes, said:

“These are tough times and it’s impressive to see so many organisations pushing the sustainability agenda and highly committed to deliver quality homes. These organisations demonstrate that this can be achieved and that sustainability has a central place in delivering homes that enhance people’s lives and the environment. We’re extremely pleased with the response of the sector and I am looking forward to celebrate with all the shortlisted organisations on the 24th November”
