The political climate seems to be settling down, relatively. But time marches on and new and interesting things are going on. We were overwhelmed with the sector’s response to the SHIFT Awards, the only sustainability awards for the housing sector – thanks to all involved! We are also excited to welcome our new Managing Director, Bevan Jones, and to announce new dates for the rigorous retrofit coordinator course. As always, we are coming up with ways to help landlords improve their performance and services while also balancing the budget. We hope you find them useful.

The Retrofit Academy’s retrofit coordinator programme is coming to Birmingham and Bristol. This intensive eight-day course provides all the skills needed to manage, lead and quality assure domestic retrofit projects.
