Credentials

	Continuing Professional Development (CPD) – Our Code for Sustainable Homes one day awareness raising training course has been awarded CPD status.  Delegates attending the course will receive a certificate which they can use as evidence of the hours of CPD completed.
	National Home Energy Rating (NHER) – Our training team includes a certified NHER (National Home Energy Rating) assessor, who will be able to advise on how to achieve optimum energy performance in homes, including meeting the minimum energy efficiency compliance associated with Code for Sustainable Homes star ratings.
	Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) – Our training team also includes an accredited SAP assessor.
	Homes & Communities Agency - Sustainable Homes has trained HCA staff on sustainable housing matters. The HCA is a merger of the former Housing Corporation and English Partnerships (see below).
	Housing Corporation – Sustainable Homes has enjoyed a long-standing, special relationship with the Housing Corporation for the last 13 years.  We have regularly undertaken major commissions, including Code for Sustainable Homes training and the Code for Sustainable Homes best practice guide.  The Housing Corporation merged with English Partnerships last year to form the Homes and Communities Agency - creating thriving communities and affordable homes in England.
	English Partnerships - We have provided a number of bespoke, in-house training events for English Partnerships, the national regeneration agency which used to support high quality sustainable growth in England (now joined with the Housing Corporation to form the Homes and Communities Agency).
	BRE (Building Research Establishment) – We also have a long standing relationship with BRE and are one of the first organisations to be delivering Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor training on their behalf.
	UK Green Building Council (UK-GBC) – We are a member of the UK-GBC, the high profile campaign for a sustainable built environment.  The UK-GBC aims to help forge a new partnership between government, industry and other stakeholder groups to play their part in creating more sustainable buildings, both new and existing.
	Constructionline - Sustainable Homes is registered with Constructionline, the UK's largest certified pre-qualification database of contractors and consultants.
	Sustainable Homes have received the Positive about Disability award
	Sustainable Homes are accredted Investors in People
