The Energy Performance of Buildings Directive requires all buildings to have an EPC from October 2008.We estimate that EPCs will be required for approximately 220,000 buildings (non-dwellings) per annum.

All of these buildings will require Commercial Buildings Energy Assessors to be trained to undertake the onsite requirements as well as the design based assessment techniques.
