EcoHomes is a version of BREEAM for homes.  It provides an authoritative rating for new, converted or renovated homes, and covers houses, flats and apartments.  EcoHomes was replaced by the Code for Sustainable homes in April 2007 however there are still many homes still to be built that are registered under the EcoHomes assessment, and EcoHomes is still relevant for major refurbishments and coversions, and is still in use in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
